1. When will my order ship?

We strive to have orders shipped by the next day after ordering in Nairobi. Outside Nairobi, it may take some extra days depending on the status of the courier services.

2. How about delivery charges?

The customer will cater for the delivery charges which is an estimate cost from Nairobi CBD to the destination and back by public means. These charges will be paid on delivery together with the item cost via any means listed on our payments and refunds guide.

3. What if I am not in Nairobi?

For customers who are not in Nairobi, we deliver to them via courier services. The customer will cater for the price of the items purchased plus the courier cost via public means to a town of his/her choice.

NOTE: The total cost will be paid BEFORE sending via courier via any means listed on our payments and refunds guide.

4. How can I track my package?

As of right now, we do not have a system to track packages but we will be launching one soon.

5. Can I cancel my order?

No, you can't.

Before paying for your package, you are requested to check it out, verify it is as advertised, verify it fits you because the minute you pay, it is irreversible.
